Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
-Completed orders generally ship within 24 hours. If it is a weekend or holiday the order will be processed the following business day. Most orders placed by 3:00PM Central Time generally ship same-day if parts are in-stock and do not have to be ordered.
- If a part is not in stock, and has to be ordered from the manufacturer, it generally takes 1-2 business days, and in rare occasions 3-5 business days to arrive to us. Once the order is complete we will ship immediately.
-In the event of a backorder (less < 2% chance), we will inform you and provide an option to wait until filled, cancel the part or the entire order.
-The reduced pricing we offer is the result of a streamlined series of electronic processes and procedures; therefore HondaPartsHub.com is a shipping-only division. We have no provisions for pick-up.
-Priority air freight is an option for an additional charge. Backorder delays may impact the ship date. Also, rural areas may result in additional travel time. Orders received prior to 3:00PM CST are generally shipped same-day if parts are in-stock.
-Oversized orders will require additional freight. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. Commercial addresses are preferred as they offer lower rates, and quicker delivery times.
-Shipping transit times are the responsibility of the carrier once we properly code the order to your preferences. HondaPartsHub.com relies on the carrier to guarantee any transit times.
- Orders that are of higher value will need to be shipped via signature required and will automatically be selected. Please make arrangements to sign for the package.
We are unable to ship parts that contain explosives, acids, and paints. These include air bags, batteries, and paint tubes. Anything HAZMAT rated is best purchased locally. There are a few other parts with a high rate of transit damage that we are unable to ship. We will contact you with any concerns before we agree to ship. We ship only new, uncut keys.
-We reserve the right to change carriers in an attempt to reduce shipping cost or transit times.
-We currently service addresses in the 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
-We are unable to ship COD.
- We currently ship using our FedEx and USPS accounts only. We are unable to use your account.
-Shipping estimates do not include processing time, for example; pulling, packaging, and waiting for parts to arrive from our warehouse to fill your order.

In some cases, a part number you selected has been superseded by Honda. We will generally ship the item we have in stock, or the number American Honda sends us to fill your order. If you intended for only the old part number to ship, it would be best to email us in advance to confirm availability.

If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
Pricing errors:

  • Although we try our best to maintain an error-free website, a small number of the parts on our catalog may be mispriced. If the price of the part is less than advertised, we will always charge you the lowest price. If the correct price is greater that the advertised prices, we will always offer you the choice of paying the higher price or canceling the order with no penalty.
