RETURN POLICY

-CALL US TO ARRANGE ANY RETURNS AT 972-790-6003 OR YOU MAY EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT parts[at]hondapartshub.com.

-A COPY OF THE INVOICE MUSTBE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURN

-THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED AGAINST ALL RETURNED PARTS

-PARTS MUST BE RESALEBLE AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE FACTORY PART NUMBER LABLE STILL ATTACHED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

-USED, INSTALLED, TRIED PARTS “TEST FIT”, ANY ELECTRICAL, OR CONTROLLED PARTS ARE NON RETURNABLE

-NO RETURNS ON ANY ORDERED UNDER $10.00

-WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AND RETURN ANY PARTS WE FIND HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, ARE USED OR DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA

-RETURN REQUEST NEED TO BE WITHIN 20 DAYS OF RECEIPT

-FREIGHT CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

-NO RETURNS ON WRONG PARTS NOT LOOKED UP BY THE VIN NUMBER

-Your order will display if you used the VIN number, selected the vehicle from the drop down, or just typed in the part numbers. If you ordered the incorrect part and did not use the VIN number the return request will be denied.

-We are not responsible for any RETURN shipping cost and will not send call tag request for returned parts.

-We pay return shipping only on items where it is an error on our part. ( example the item shipped was not the item or quantity shown on your order confirmation page) If there is an error on our part please contacts us parts[at]hondapartshub.com and we will take care of you.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

-Any refused or undelivered items will be credited for the sale price of the part(s) minus a 20%restocking fee and return freight charges (original shipping charges are non- refundable)

RETURN SHIPPHING

-The packaging of every return is crucial. It is the customer’s responsibility that the returned item makes it back to our location in new condition with no damage. It is recommended you use return services with tracking information and insure the package for its value. No refunds on items the incurred any damages incurred during return shipping. You will have to contact the carrier and obtain a refund from them. So please inspect all items beforehand and notify us of any missing or damaged parts (please email pictures of any damages).

-All returns are inspected prior to processing the refund. If pieces are missing or refund does not fall within our return policy guidelines you will be notified via email. Any item that we are unable to refund can either be disposed or returned to you, at customer’s expense.

-All return will be shipped to the address below and absolutely no walk-in returns.

CORE RETURNS

-All core returns, must be returned in the box it was sent in, it must be a Honda core not and aftermarket core, complete, undamaged, and fully assembled. All caps, covers etc. that cover any holes must be removed from the new unit and placed on the old unit. Any moving parts such as pulleys and starter gears must spin. If the unit came in a bag it must be returned with the bag. Return shipping expense is the customer’s responsibility.

WARRANTY

-Honda parts that are distributed by an Authorized American Honda Dealer are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. Parts that were sold and installed by an authorized Honda dealership are warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles from date of installation whichever comes first. The defective part must be returned by the purchaser to any authorized America Honda automobile dealer anywhere across the nation. The purchaser will have to provide proof of purchase (the receipt) as well as the installation date, and mileage at time of installation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-An order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

-If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% will be applied.
